We do not track you.

We do not track you. This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media embeds and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing about your visit is shared with anyone.

The only personal information we hold is what you choose to type into the contact form.

If you send us an enquiry, we store the name, email address, company, budget range and message you entered. That is it — we do not record your IP address, your browser or where you came from.

We use it for one thing: replying to you and discussing the project. We never sell it, never share it with advertisers, and never add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

The public site sets no cookies at all, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

One cookie exists on this domain, and only for us: when a member of the studio signs into the admin area, a session cookie keeps them signed in. It is never set for visitors.

The typefaces are downloaded and served from this site's own domain, so loading a page does not send a request to Google or any other font host.

Images are served from our own storage. There are no tracking pixels embedded in them.

Enquiries are stored in a Supabase database that we control, protected by row-level security so only an authenticated member of the studio can read them. The site itself is hosted on Vercel.

Both companies process data on our behalf as infrastructure providers. Neither is given permission to use your information for their own purposes.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful — typically up to two years — and delete them after that. If a project goes ahead, the relevant correspondence is kept for our business records.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us and we will action it, usually the same week and always within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Our social media links open on those platforms, which have their own privacy policies and do track you. We have no control over that, which is why they are plain links rather than embedded widgets.

If we ever add analytics or any other form of tracking, this page will be updated to say so before it goes live. We will not quietly start collecting more than this page describes.
